Give me a party if the solution works

You have to ascend and descend 3 floors of ur building 6-8 times in a single go till u feeel tired and sweat a lot . But remember u have to run on steps not walk. do it regular for 7 days and have moderate food ... But be regular u may reduce upto 10 Ibs a week

First, watch what you eat. Stay off fattening(burgers, fries, chicken skin etc)and and junk food. I even had to cut way down on my favorite( rich and creamy ice cream).It is better to eat several small portions than one or two large portions. Drink at least five glasses of water each day and try not to skip any meals.

This will work! You will have to be determined however.

If you get Nutri system for one month, it will give you a good foundation and a winning plan. After that month you will have lost enough weight to give you plenty encouragement. You can continue with Nutri System or quit and continue to lose with your plan after that.

Most diets fail because it leaves you hungry. So, don't diet. What you should do, is to eat about 5-6 small meals a day. It will prevent hunger and it will help your metobolism working faster. These meals should consist of fruit, vegetables and meat without fat. Don't use refined sugar, don't use butter or oil to prepare your food. And drink lots of water. If you don't like exercises, try to walk at least once a day around the block. Good luck.

Aerobic exercise. When I say aerobic, I mean get a workout that causes you to breath deeply for 15-20 minutes. Like a brisk walk, bike, or jog if you're fit enough. You will shed pounds and you will be super fit and sexy.

cardio at least 45min a day weight train a few times a week, and eat fruits, vegetables, protien.... no cokes, no junk food.. I suggest get a jump rope... it is working for me!!!
