I'm a relatively thin girl, but I have abdominal bloating right now in belly region. On Saturday night I have to wear a halloween costume which shows my my whole lower abdominal region( think Cowboys cheerleader outfit) I would like this to go down a bit to be able to bare all. Any ideas????

Get a colon cleansing. I hear that this makes ur belly smaller really quick! And I hear that it makes you feel better too. Gives ya an empty and light feeling!

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

You have to ascend and descend 3 floors of ur building 6-8 times in a single go till u feeel tired and sweat a lot . But remember u have to run on steps not walk. do it regular for 7 days and have moderate food ... But be regular

If you are thin and bloated, most likely it is water retention. If so, you need to drink more water to cleanse toxins and to get rid of the bloating.
