Who is actaully at fault? is it girl or the boy....they say they love each other ? but they have a strange relation, the girl is his niece , he is in a way her uncle, Girl's father is druggy, so the guy is taking care of her education and had fallen in love with her. But is it really Ok for them? Can they really be serious in this relation ...or one of them is using the other??? Who can be looked upon with more doubtful eyes---is it girl or the boy?

So this 26 year old male is taking care of his 15 year old girl who happens to be his niece?
Thats wrong on so many levels.
Not only is it illegal but it is incest. It doesn't matter if they are using one another or not, its nasty. I think I'd be stepping in and getting her some help, sounds like she migh tbe the one being taken advantage of. He might be using money as a way to control her and get what he wants from her.
If they really want to be together, wait 3 years until she is legal and move somewhere where incest isnt illegal and gross. but its gross everywhere.

nThat is a very black and white question. There are so many things to consider. For sure it has nothing to do with boy/girl, It has to do with legal or illegal, and who's the adult? Also, I'm a 30 year old pretty girl. When I was 14, I was as endowed as I am now. From the time I was 14 till 17 I never once had sex unless I pressured into, I had 0 sex drive, and didn't get one till I was In my 20's. Girls are physically so different. Did you know that it takes 18 minutes average for a woman to be aroused, as a ready for sex as say, an erect male ( just took a sex seminar).

This man should be reported to the police for statutory rape and possibly child molestation. He is an adult and she is still a child.If he is blood relation uncle it is also incest. This is a sick relationship between an adult and child and he should be in jail. How many other young teens has he possibly molested that isn't known about. Get the creep off the streets and in jail where he belongs and get the 15 year old girl into counseling to deal with the psychological damage he has done.

Depending on where you are, dating a 15 year old is an indictable offense with a severe sentence. It is considered rape. If they are related biologically, this would be called incest which could be tacked on as an offense. If they are related via marriage this is also taboo. The girls needs to be witha legal guardian who has only her best interest at heart. She is merely a child regardless of whether she is sexually active. The one at fault would be the adult male.

Even if she agrees to have sex with a 26 yr old it's still statutory rape and will get you along time in the big house.. Where the only sex you'll ever get again will be forced gay sex in the shower.
Any 26 yr old sleeping with a 15 yr old needs castrated and hung.

Depends on WHO you are, if you are Elvis Presley (he was 26 and priscilla 15 when they started dating) or Bill Wyman of the Rolling Stones (he was 46 the girl 13) it can be a cool thing. But in this country if you are not the ELITE of the crowd, you're a pervert, it just depends on WHO you are. Jerry Seinfeld dated a 17 year old when he was well in his 30's.. and it was nationally published, he was thought of as LUCKY.

The 26 year old male should stick to the role of being the caretaker, or maybe just like a big brother.
If they feel for each other, he should wait till she is a little older before he expressed his feelings for her, simply because of the fact that she is too young to deal with relationship with him in mature way.

He is not a boy. He is a man having sex with a 15 year old child. No, it is not ok for them. She is not old enough to even understand what she wants or what love is. She is probably grateful to him for helping her when her father is in such bad shape, but it is not love. Her father should get his **** together and take care of his daughter.

It is taking advantage of a minor and illegal as all get out! He can be reported and will not have a prayer to stay out of jail. There are reasons that there are laws on the books about this kind of stuff. She is not mature enough to have a relationship with this person, and doesn't it strike you as odd that he doesn't have the self confidence to find a woman his own age?

the 26 yr old should know better! that is just plain sick!! NEVER take advantage of such a young, vulnerable, troubled young girl like that. it's not love, like a relationship... her love is a grateful, innocent, trusting-you kind of love. like loving a grandparent, or close friend. STOP doing what you are doing and GET SOME SERIOUS HELP!! what you are doing is molestation of a child over 13 yrs and under 18 yrs (completely illegal, morally wrong, and just disgusting)!
