POOR /RICH

PLEASURE/PAIN

HEAVEN/HELL

With how so wicked we are how can we not believe in laws or Hell?

If hell was made up to scare people into church it has failed miserably. Nothing can control people for Long and the only thing people respect is LOVE.

Love is what started the church and lack of loving is what hinders the church.

You cant plant a apple seed and geta peach tree. You cant raise hell and go to limbo or heaven.

READ your Bible. It is the only true book inthe world you will ever read. Hell was not made up. Do you believe in good and evil? Do you see good and evil? If you notice it is all over the world. Baptism was not "made up". If youread the Bible it tells about John the Baptist and why we are Baptized. Do you know why a person gets Baptized? It isn't just to get wet in the water. It is because A) God commands it. B) You are starting a new life as a Christian following God's ways and accepting Jesus as your saviour. Nothing can "get us" into Church! It is a personal choice. We either want to walk with God or we don't!

All religion is the creation of the human mind. It is a means for ones ego to identify its own specialness.
The organized religions that people follow were created to help spread the ideals espoused by their founders. Of course, the founders of all organized religions were people seeking to impart their own understandings onto others. Truth is that there is no such thing as Hell, Limbo, or even Heaven. Only God is real. Want proof?
If God was all there was and She/He created everything, then everything must have come from Itself. Christ is the Son(not gendered) of God. That is You. You therefore are a creative being, and as such have created all kinds of things that did not come from God. I know I have created more than my fair share of hell. So let's stop casting judgements at one another and understand that when we judge, that is against ourselves. Need more, read...A Course in Miracles ... and leave your judgements at the door before opening!

hell exists in almost all cultures, religions and traditions from all over the world(popular and remote)
i believe limbo is a christian concept. the closest thing to it is in Islam called barzuk or the life of the grave. It is the life after this life and before the Day of Resurrection and the Day of Judgment.

There is no Hell only the grave (sheol) and for the soul there is only oblivion or nothingness because the conciousness is separated from the body and is no more. I don't even believe in ghosts although I do believe living things may exist that science has not discovered yet that we cannot properly sense making us (for the most part) unaware of their presence.

Yes i think it's a possibility but also if people thought if you were good you could go to a good place then logically there must be a bad place for people who are bad. But some people do give the answer that they go to church because they want to go to heaven so in a way it's like saying "I'm going to church because i do not want to go to hell'

What does "limbo" got to do with being baptized? Baptism is not necessary for salvation (unless your a Catholic). Baptism is something Christians do, (adults, not babies) as a fully conscious decision to publicly declare their Christian faith. It is an act of obedience. Limbo (I think you are thinking of perdition) is a Catholic idea and has no scriptural proof. The only scriptural "Limbo" I know of is when we die we go into a "sleep of death," we do not go to heaven or hell until Christ's return, we are in a state of timeless unconsciousness.

Dan 12:2 And many of those who sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt.
Psalm 13:3 Look! Answer me, O Jehovah my God; enlighten my eyes, lest I sleep the sleep of death,
Joh 11:11 He (Jesus) said these things; and after that He said to them, Our friend Lazarus sleeps. But I go so that I may awaken him out of sleep.
Joh 11:12 Then His disciples said, Lord, if he sleeps, he will get well.
Joh 11:13 But Jesus spoke of his death, but they thought that He had spoken of taking rest in sleep.
Joh 11:14 Then Jesus said to them plainly, Lazarus is dead.
1Th 4:16 For the Lord Himself shall descend from Heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ shall rise first.

Do not be deceived, hell is a real place.

Psa 9:17 The wicked shall be turned into hell, all the nations that forget God.
Psa 86:13 For great is Your mercy toward me; and You have delivered my soul from the lowest hell.
Psa 116:3 The sorrows of death hemmed me in, and the pains of hell took hold on me; I found trouble and sorrow.
Pro 15:24 The way of life is above to the wise, so that he may turn away from hell below.
Isa 5:14 So hell has enlarged itself, and opened its mouth without measure; and their glory, and their multitude, and their pride, and he who rejoices in her, shall go down into it.
Mat 10:28 And do not fear those who kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul. But rather fear Him who can destroy both soul and body in hell.
Luk 12:5 But I will warn you of whom you shall fear: Fear Him who, after He has killed, has authority to cast into hell. Yea, I say to you, fear Him.

I don't want to frighten you with hell to get you into my church, God wants to frighten you with hell because that is His judgement on sinful mankind. Make the choice:
Rom 6:23 For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
