Yes it is possible. But not likley. 99.9999% of men that see a woman for the first time does not seriusly think to committ to her. That is not bad news anyway. It takes time to really know a girl and fully apreciate her for what she really is. If a man sees a girl and immediatly wants to get maried is because she fits a prefabricated fictional ideal woman, not because he really loves her.

yes it is possible , if you really feel for her and see some truth in her words and in her actions, you are ready for any commitment. but give some more time to the relation before you finally commit yourself in a relation. Know her better and make your feelings more open to her.

I do believe in love at first sight. But don't confuse it with lust at first sight. Once you see her though you still want to progress the relationship at a steady pace. Make sure it is love and not lust you feel for this person. At first sight the two can be confusing. Spend time with her and get to know her then decide if its real.

yeah but its just a feeling of lust. if youre talking about just seeing a girl with no contact, then its just lust, and we think all those things, but until you actually meet the person and talk with them is when you could determine if you could be committed.
and forever is a bit long, try just a first date to get started.

i dont think this is possible first off most guys r afriad of commitment second off you cant possibly know someone after you meet them the first time. if a guy told you this i think its just game that hes running to you be careful

Yes, it doesn't happen to every guy. But, I was in a relationship with a woman which happened that way. I still think and have dreams (when I sleep) about her after almost 3 years.

Yes... and this happened to me only once.
A very long long time ago, I was just a baby at the time... and I was introduce to the most wonderful woman I've ever known... I looked up to her and silently asked "who are you?"... and she answered... "I am your Mother, and I love you."
And that is the only time I've ever felt a person should always have a place in my life... (without research).

Depends upon bra size, bank account, and if she's sterile without the possibility of pregnancy. Yeah. That's true love.
