Oh yeah... I used to jump off the roof of a tool shed in our garden all the time trying to fly, to my mom's great dismay! So, it's not a "guy thing" like someone else answered - I thought I was, or wanted to be, Supergirl! ;-)

No I never did, i suppose it's more of a guy thing to do. I always wished I could fly but I never actually tried it. Plus I traveled so much as a kid i was explained how planes fly early and thus knew it was impossible for me to try

I didn't try to jump off anything to try flying, but I did race across an open field flapping and running as fast as I could, just so sure I would rise up.

I did fly, Weeeeeeeeeeeee!
Run down the hill and there this big rock, jump high and fly!!!! Man it was a blast. The ground goes one way and jumping off the rock I went the other.

My brother had a 1952 Chevy parked in the backyard and I tied my blankie around my neck and jumped off the roof. If he'd have caught me I think I would have flown but good!

I jumped off the roof (11 years old) and my knees came up and smashed my check bones when I compressed on impact.
white men cant jump, and white kids cant fly...

Yes. and lost my 4 front baby teeth and also ran over a friend in the process.. lol.

yup.... i tried to fly using/holding a glider like thing from our upstairs...... it voz of no use..... i just fell down.... but no harm..............coz der was full sand down so i had no fear of gettin injured.... i got this idea from dum NG chanell dey used to shoe poeple flying using the gliders......
