I get this from sitting in the same position too long. Try to remember to move a least a little
several times an hour. I do get it from being at the computer too much and forgetting how long it's been since I stretched or moved much.

I've had it for a longer term from an accident and once from medication, but, usually, it is a lack of movement.

I hate that pins and needles thing! Usually caused by a decrease in blood flow to the area.

I mentioned it to my chiropractor a few years ago, and he did something (it took about 6 adjustments) and the pins and needles went away. That ws a few years ago.

um, your propably getting them in the first place coz your shoes are to tight or something along those lines...
well i when i get pins and needles it gets very annoying, but then, im like, oh, they've gone... so just do not think about it, and then they'll be gone!i guess thinking about it, or something in general(when it is bad), makes it seem to last longer...so yeah, just dont think about them how annoying it mey be!
trust me! it woeks! (well for me anyway...he he)

pins and needles is a circulation problem, my friend had bad circulation and i suggested she try transfer factors, she doesn't get it anymore(unless she stops blood flow).
