He just stopped saying that to try and fool people.He is not going to change a thing. He probably will escalate the war. He has said that he will not leave till we have won. I just want to know what his definition of win is? And at what cost?

Bush is the problem of the United States. He started the war with Iraq. That's his problem, not the U.S. Watch Farenheight 911. You'll see.

Because it then sounds like they are satisfied that they are still there. People thought that there was no progress happening so they advised him not to say it anymore so people don't get the wrong impression so his approval rating will go up.

It was one of those stupid catch phrases that was overused. It started to imply not looking at all the best possibile solutions to the problemsso he changed saying it to show he IS looking at solutions.

So many in his party, as well as many in the military, have been saying that the "course" the U.S. is on is failed one. Elections are coming up.
