Guys, what kind of things do you do to let a girl know that you like her without coming right out and telling her?

i would observe and try to talk to her about something...for example if she were wearing a soccer sweatshirt, id ask her something like "how long have you been playing soccer", or if she was wearing a necklace, id say "thats a very pretty necklace, where did you get it" if she seemed receptive, i would keep talking.
it depends on how you react to him. if you seem uninterested (one word answers, no eye contact, arms folded), then we'll think that you are not interested. if you are interested in the guy, body language is key, so show that youre interested.

Some go away telling openly that she means very important to her after some little time..
Some may try to impress you by lot of means..
Some may say that he is very funny and enjoying when chatting and spending time with you
and some may even try to take higher responsiblity, rights and care on you

give her your total attention --- look into her eyes and dont let them stray
listen to her and concentrate on what she is saying
be open use your body language to show how you feel --- she will pick it up
