i need to know how fiber, suger, and sodium affects the body, by 11 tonight!! and i cant find anything on google! please help!

Fiber helps with digestion and makes you poop, sugar is a carbohydrate so provides energy, and salt ensures that your body fluids maintain a proper chemical balance.

If you get the answers after 11, what happens?

fiber makes u poop. sugar is hard for the body to break down so it makes u fat and sodium makes u retain water.
