The only expert hands would be of a trained urologist.
You need to examine your goolies carefully every few weeks. You don't say how old you are but from your question I assume you are post-pubertal and have felt and played with your balls often enough.Imagine a large grape on a stalk- this is the general topography of the testicles,So educate your fingers each time you self examine after a warm bath or shower(this makes the scrotum relax and facilitates examination). The outline of the testes should be smooth with no bumps and when you gently squeese them both sides should have a slight give but there should be no hard lumps and the pressure of squeezing should produce a slight ache all over with no areas that feel numb .Stop right there & don't carry on playing with yourself or you'll go blind!
No, seriously you have asked a very pertinent question as CANCER OF THE TESTES IS THE ONLY CURABLE CANCER IF IT IS CAUGHT EARLY.Regular self examination is the only way to do this.

Ask your girlfriend (wife, boyfriend, whoever,) to help. Just make sure you return the favor and check her breasts. Your respective doctors can give you pamphlets on how exactly to do it, and who knows what could happen after you each have a clean bill of health?
