I would say a Kia Spectra, really great gas mileage, 100,000 mile warranty, looks good, fast and you can adjust the seat closer and the steering wheel is adjustable too.

Honda Civic,Chevy Aveo. Im 5'1 also and they are perfect.. I can see over the stearing wheel and reach the pedals haha.good luck!

anything 2-door. scion tc, honda civic, prelude, accord. acura integra.. lots of good'ns. I'd recommend an automatic too.
