Panic attacks come on suddenly. But your symptoms are not conducive with panic attacks. You don't get panic in the middle of the night. Your symptoms are the same as Heart Disease.I would go to the doctor without delay. If it is Angina or similar, you can get very good medication to control it. I know 'cos I had same problem. But I'm a lot older than you.You might have been under some stress lately. Perhaps worrying about yourself. Please do something urgently. Good Luck!

Shortness of breath, the feeling of being over whelmed, you might have pain in your chest, shaking, it really depends on the person and how bad it is. It is not really the same every time you have one. If you are having them go to a doctor and take care of it if not they will get worse and your life will go down hill. Good Luck
