The best thing is to rest. Don't have to sleep, but you do need to recharge a little bit.

Coffee and a light snack can help.

Your body needs sleep but if I could not sleep when I was tired and required to stay awake, I would drink coffee and take a couple of Sudified.

I sit and watch my daughter sleep. It's very peaceful and relaxing, and I manage to doze off quite quickly. Best thing is, it means I get a big hug and a kiss on the cheek in the morning when I wake up.

Of course, I think there is more slobber than anything else. I think she does it deliberately.

Sleep is what everyone who has no clue would say....

TV is great for insomniacs. Read, music, computer, walk the dogs, pop in a good movie, a hot bath, clean the house, cook goodies for all the guys when they wake up (boys and Mr.). Lets see what else do I do lol!

This is not a funny situation I no.......

Wish you a good rest...

Tonight I put on a web television program and listened to it for a while until I fell asleep. Then I woke up and started using Yahoo! Answers. I've been on here for about an hour and a half now.

it depends on my mood...but basically, i slip on my tub and get a relaxing moment there...warm and scentful with relaxing aromatherapy oils to relieve my physical body of its tiredness.

i also just give my hubby a sweet hug... and just talking to him makes me relax.actually, we love to cuddle each other and eventually, we feel much better.

i do reading the bible as well cuz its full of inspriational thoughts that really makes me feel good... knowing how tired i have been, God there to sustain and provide for me.

i'd also watch entertaining movies that makes me laugh, cuz i know that being happy laughing will help me release the chemicals which will get my spirits high.

ther are times i would eat the food i craved at the moment... or better yet, call my favorite friend and listen to her/him talking about him/herself

eventually, after doing one or more of this things, i feel energized again.

There's a very simple relaxation technique we learnt in high school involving thinking of relaxing each peace of you body, systematically. From toes to nose.

When that was done, you have to try to blank your mind for 20 minutes.

Works wonders. Won't replace sleep though.

Get cozy in the bed with my hubby, we have a flat screen tv in front of us then he has a 27" on his side for his xbox that way he can play his game and watch tv at the same time with me in bed. I ♥ IT

LOL I barely even remember sleep!

Read, clean, do laundry, get on here and waste time, and of course deal with my kids.
