What are some programs that are similar to Photoshop?

I've already got PaintShop Pro.

GIMP is the open source answer to Photoshop. It's a very good program.

Well, Photoshop Elements, several versions.
I use Microsoft Picture-It from time to time....quick, easy, meshes well with my scanner and easy picture storage. But the image working capability is lacking when compared to PS or PSE.
Printshop also has some photo programs.
