It's not legal to use a commerical software for free.
But there are still some free photo software you can use legally.

Corel Paintshop Pro or Adobe illustrator.

Broadband Print shop. There are several versions. Also Corel has several products that are similar to Photo shop. Just visit their web site. Adobe Illustrator is also similar. But I am not a big fan of Adobe. I sell and buy on EBay.com and you can find some great deals on all of these items there. You may also get idea's for other programs that you might like better than any mentioned here.

Adobe/Macromedia Fireworks

Photoshop CS2, and Fireworks are 2 very good graphics programs.

I found, after doing alot of researching, two web sites that are free to use. That's te best kind, right?? Thy are fxfoto.com and faststoneimageviewer.com. Good Luck to you.

Gimp, its almost as good (almost) as photoshop, and its completely free, google it
