Its not really that bad of an idea. I do it all the time if you pull your hair up in the mornings it really does not matter. If you wear your hair down then blow dry it even if it is dry and it will make it straight so you call do what you what with it.

It gets all dry and fluffy and tangly and werd when you wak up. If you do sleep with wet hair, make sure you change your pillow cover in the morning and comb your hair. it shouldnt be a problem then; it hasnt been much for me. ;)

Other than the possibility of mold/mildew developing in your pillow from the moisture I don't think there is any real problem with going to bed with wet hair. I have done it for years and I am fine.

Instyle Hair warns against sleeping with wet hair, saying when hair is wet, "the hydrogen bond is broken." Therefore, hair strands are more fragile and easier to break.

Your pillow will become damp and develop mold in the fibers. This could lead to breathing problems and asthma in later life.

the stam coming out from the wet hair may enter the pores in the head and this may cause head ache if frequantly done.doing it for years may cause you to become crazy which doctors will not be able to diagnose the real cause cause they dont believe this saying.
