My brother is 38 and has never had one. My father was about 40 when he first got his.

I do medical histories and one of the questions I have to ask is if that person is a licensed driver. You'd be amazed how many people don't have one, especially those in a larger city where they can easily use mass transportation.

I have a friend who has 2 older brothers that are over 21 that both dont have their license yet.

I didn't get one until I was about 25 and my daughter was 24. I frankly think we'd be a whole lot safer on the road if 16 year old's weren't allowed to drive.

I've never had mine and am over 21. No need, always someone to take me where I need to go. so don't feel bad, and if it is so important, why don't you just go get it?

My wife has never driven a car in her life. She is 27. My grandmother was 54 when she got her licence.

I have met two, one at 23 and the other at 26 (and it wasn't that they had them suspended; they never felt the need for them)
