If I do not have the ability to feel guilt over something I've done, does the sky fairy hold that against me?

Sky fairy=Christian god.

I have never felt guilty over anything I've ever done in my life. There is no reason to feel regret and guilt. I'm not Christian after all.

You are referring to the sky as an idol and that is against the nature of God. That is why you feel no guilt cause you are looking up to the wrong source.

It depends on what you have done. If you short changed a customer at a store then the universe might ignore that, but if you delivered an air-strike on a village of nuns, the universe may frown on that sort of action and behaviour.
