Well, there's this girl in my class and she sits right next to me (its her assigned seat) and sometimes she just stares at me. I look behind myself to make sure nothing is going on, and there isn't. And when I stare at her, she makes no attempt to turn she just keeps staring at me when I look at her and she turns after about 7 seconds. Why?

Oh yeah, I almost forgot, I asked her best friend if she liked me and she said "that's her choice to tell you how she feels, not mine," I don't understand the logic if according to you guys is making it almost blatently obvious and I haven't figured it out after about a year. Also at none of these times did i have something on my face that looked abnormal or disgusting.

My guess is she likes you or is otherwise drawn to you somehow. Why are you asking though why she doesn't turn away? People ask why they turn away and now you ask why she doesn't. Why should she? She turns after about 7 seconds because you aren't the only object of her attention. Should she look at you forever?
A better question might be what to do. And I think you might be wondering that, given your Additional Details. How about greeting her outside of class? Her friend has already told her that you want to know whether she likes you.

you're probaly sitting decrease than the clock and he or she keeps looking at time flow by by way of fact she is bored. people continually make the errors of questioning they're lot greater suitable finding thatn they realy are. Face dude you lost out to a clock so flow on. Or flow far flung from the clock and see what happens...

all the signs are there, if you like her back, approach her with a simple conversation or just smile at her when you notice her staring. she wants you to know because she continues to stare....and even with her friends comment, you can tell from what wasnt said.

The best way to find out is to duh ask her.Or you could wonder if shes obsessed with you but i dought it .All it ussualy is the normal teenage love trying to find there way.
