Honey, that's called an eating disorder. You can't live very long on 500-600 calories a day taking laxatives and exercising like that.
But to answer the questions.. A: I can't tell you that for sure
B: You will lose muscle mass because your body will start burning everything it can to stay alive you know, keeping your heart and lungs working, it will eventually wear out your heart and you will end up in the hospital under the best of circumstances.
Trying to lose weight like this will only end up with larger problems in the end.
Try talking to a nutritionist at the least. If you already are doing this routine, you need to see doctors, both for your physical and psychological well being.

If you are doing all this and taking laxatives, you are going to lose muscle instead of gain muscle. I would think that continually working out like you are doing and not take laxatives would be better for you and you can lose weight, but expect a little gain at first. You should lose 30-40 pounds in three months with only a 500 calorie diet. Muscle weighs more than fat. Laxatives are removing your electrolytes that you need for health.

You want to eat 500-600 calories a day and exercise for an hour a day... fine. I'm guessing you already know this is bad and it is up to you when you think you're ready to deal with the actual issue here (which is probably not weight).
But - BUT - stop the laxatives. NOW. They don't do anything but flush out water weight and consequently dehydrate you. Think about it - the stuff that's leaving your system, that's already been processed. That's the WASTE PRODUCTS. The calories have already been absorbed into your system and there's nothing you can do about it. And laxatives CAN KILL YOU. I know this firsthand. So please do yourself and everyone who loves you a big favor and cut it out with the laxatives.

First of all get off of the laxatives!!!!!!!!! You need a min. of 1,000 calories to stay healthy.
You need to set some realistic goals for yourself. A healthy weight lose is 3-4 pounds a week at the most.
Eating that few calories your body will go into a famine state and your body will start to store fat and start burning muscle for energy.
Just remember anything worth doing is worth doing right.
Here are some websites for healthy dieting and workouts:

I know that noone wants to admit that they have an eating disorder. There is alot of stigma that is attatch to that. The website listed below has the signs and symptoms of eating disorders, I hope that you take a little time to look at it. Eating disorders can be dangerous, infact they can be deadly in more than one way.

ummm WOAH!!! First off, in case you didn't realize, you burn about 70 calories an hour SLEEPING...which is pretty much your whole consumption...then when you exercise it's just eating away at your muscles and VITAL nutrients..not trying to be harsh but this is absolutely unhealthy, let alone laxitives?? This is a temporary fix, you must eat at least 1200 calories a day or else your body will be starving for food! There is also long term risks for this, don't you want to be healthy for a long time? Search for some healthy diets which will keep your metabolism high and keep you healthy for the long term and will ALSO help you lose weight

Ok, that is VERY unhealthy. Are you aware of that? 500 calories?! You burn that while you're sleeping! Plus an hour of exercise? As everyone else said, the laxatives are very bad. If you are eating like this, you need to tell your doctor or someone else you trust because that is an eating disorder. â¥

It sounds like you have an eating disorder. 500-600 calories is not a healthy amount of calories to eat, and using laxatives to lose weight is a big no-no. Please stop doing this immediately, and see a mental health professional who can help you work through your eating disorder and body issues.
