1. You need his full name.
2. He should have some kind of booking number.
3. Birthday.
4.Charge/Charges.
5. Do some research on the net.
6. Contact the england corrections. they may be able to help you.
7. Check the courts.

touch the British Embassy nearest to you. they might provide you the Corrections Dept. handle. Writing is bigger as telephones merely make you press one if.... press 3 if... and so on. Writing forces somebody to respond to you.
