Maybe Photoshop Elements. I think I got my copy of it with an Epson printer a few years ago.

Photoshop is not bundled with any camera that I know of. A discounted price is around $500-$600. Photo Elements does a very good job and costs a fraction of PhotoShop.

No, I doubt it very much.
If you want a more affordable photo editing program...then get Adobe Photoshop Elements 5.0 or Paintshop Pro X or Paintshop Pro PHOTO Xl...which are very good.

My Epson scanner came bundled with PS Elements. Once you get Elements, I believe you can upgrade to the full version of PS for about $350 or so.

It's not legal to use a commerical software for free.
