I meet someone online... We talked a fair bit, and went out on a date... She then kept agreeing to meet with me and puting it off... Obviously she wasn't interested... Why couldn't she just say so. Then women wonder why men become such pigs... I was a nice guy, but she was the straw that broke the camels back!

yeh that's tight, she obviously was one of the 50% of bad women around.
i think some women also believe that men arn't emotional and don't care as much about relationships, so she probably wan't aware that she was having this longterm effect on you

So sorry you were at the receiving end of that - that's no fun at all! Unfortunately, many women are afraid of hurting people's feelings, both because they don't want to inflict pain on someone else and because they themselves want to be well liked, so they're afraid of being confronted with a negative reaction if they come straight out and tell it like it is. Some may feel ungrateful as well, especially if the guy really is nice but they're just not attracted to him, so they avoid making any move either way, thereby sort of avoiding the whole issue.

That's a shame, because it's actually more hurtful to act the way this lady did, but there are many people - some men, as well - who don't realize that and/or just can't deal with another person's reaction to rejection.

I wish you better luck with your women in the future!

LOL. All I ever had with guys in the past was that problem. They were NEVER direct with me. They ended up being the wuss and backing away for no apparent reason... without the courtesy of letting me know what was going on. So I stick to my "Men are pigs" statement. My boyfriend's a pig... but in a food kinda way. ; }

But honestly... it's not JUST men and it's not JUST women. It's the individuals themselves.

And sorry. I don't know why they do these things. To me, it's an easy, inconsiderate way to back out of a situation they don't want to be in.

There are better people out there. Trust me. For me, he finally came... after all the crap I had to go through.

I wish I knew... It's happened to me too.
Anna S... I am sorry but that is a cop out... Women need to realize that it is not fair to do this kind of thing, and if they make a decision of inaction to aviod things, it just makes things worse. But by the sound of things... she was stringing him along. Seeing as this has happened to me in the past, and it felt like the woman ripped my heart out and did an Irish jig on it... I would also like to know what reason someone would do such a thing.

People are people!!! don't give up and don't cast all us ladies into the small group( ALL EVIL ). Aren't your glad you found out she is a moron now before you started a relationship with this person and realized she had no communication skills?!!! Next time that happens call them on it, ask them "Are you interested? If so lets make a date that we will keep; if not its been a pleasure meeting you" and you move on with your life.

She was the very inconsiderate 1, but don't be discouraged as there's many more fish in the sea as the old saying goes. Just be thankful you didn't actually have a 2nd date with her & move on.

She doesn't really know you that well. So she lies to you and plays silly games with you to sus you out. And if i notice a guy i date being a pig. I would just break up with him then and there. If you can't connect and share interests with me there is no future relationship with me.

Considering I've done this once, I have to say it was b/cause I was afraid of putting him down and way too shy to freakin' pick up the phone and call the poor guy.Let's say I learned a lesson. . . .don't mess with people's minds

because she has no balls...she cant just straight up tell u ...i dont wanna see u anymore...u dont have to be a ***** about saying it to someone, but if u dont say anything at all u are being a ***** either way...and if thats the case u dont want to be involved with someone like that anyway...the relationship would go no where.

Yeah, women play games, just like men. Would you like me to kick her a-s? Chicks like that give what few good gals left out there a bad name.
