honestly, in case you're thinking of organic white eggs, I honestly have some in my refrigerator on the 2nd that have been laid by way of geese. They flavor a splash greater advantageous than hens' eggs and are very nourishing. In spring i'm getting GOOSE eggs that are additionally white . they're extensive and scrumptious. The birds are unfastened variety and the eggs are guaranteed to be greater healthy than those of cooped up hens. in any different case hens eggs have precisely a similar degree of nourishment despite the fact that if or no longer they're brown or white. I comprehend that interior the U. S. they favour white eggs despite the fact that if that's in elementary terms a rely of colour selection.

I have raised chickens for a long time so I can tell you that the only difference is the color. once the egg is cracked and out of the shell, there is no way to know what the shell color was! by the way, white chickens lay white eggs , brown chickens lay brown eggs, black chickens lay darker brown eggs.

Different species chickens lay different colored eggs. Rhode Island reds are the most common brown layers. There is a species that lays various colored eggs, mainly in the blue/green range, but I'm pretty sleepy to be sure of the name spelling.......Arucana...auracana.....something like that. Sorry.

Nutritionally all chicken eggs are the same. Duck eggs contain quite a bit of sulfur.....but then you didn't ask about them.

Organic raised chickens???
Some reason I rather buy the brown eggs, the largest ones I can find.

My dad had some chickens that laid them brown eggs, as far as my tastebuds say they are the most tastiest than the regular white ones.

Price maybe higher on the browns ones, than the white eggs.

different chicken breeds lay different color eggs.. and though they are all edible.. they all have a distinct flavor. I notice that my green eggs are more watery than my brown eggs.. I use white eggs for baking because they "firm" up better..
-green egg layes are "araucana"
-white egg layers are "cal-white's"
