Good for them. You provoked them like you always do but you will reap what you sow,Charlie!
It didn't make me look bad but only showed that you lack morality for even being in this section to bash believers. So Sickening!

Judging other Christians by what one professing Christian says is just as foolish as judging all blacks or all atheists on the actions or words of just one, or even a small group.

These kinds of questions are the same thing the media uses to promote and provoke bigotry. Until you start looking at people as individuals instead of as part of some group, you are part of the problem, not the solution.

I think it's important to realize (or remember) that no one person represents the entire group he/she is in.

And it's not fair to simply dismiss this person as "not a Christian." Of course, they should not have said this, but they are still a Christian if they believe in Christ as Lord (Christ is supposed to fill these gaps between mistakes like this and God). No Christian, no atheist, no human is perfect.

As I once heard "Don't judge a Cadillac by it's driver."

Believing in Jesus is no gaurantee that a person can't be provoked and say stupid things, just like anyone else.
However, it is a gaurantee that the person can be forgiven.

I hate it that some Christian said something so hurtful to you. I will pray for that person that God will teach them to have more patience.
I will also pray that you might find some other pastime than baiting Christians...it is a rather childish thing to do.

Now, what did I do with that sign?

The thing is, those kind of christians aren't making ME look bad, they're making Christ look bad. He's the one that they're supposedly representing. It's shameful, I know.. because if you see someone with the title Christian, telling people to go to hell, what does that say about their religion?
"They will give an account to Him who is read to judge the living and the dead."
I will just let God do the judging and stay out of it.

I feel anger sometimes. they are NOT Christians they are only acting like that so people will turn away from the Lord.

Real Chrstians would never tell anyone to die. that is wrong. we are to Love everyone and try to show people the Love of the Lord through our actions. and that is hard to do when someone is acting like a complate moron.

The beauty of any religion is the ability to disagree. I think that every religion will have people that make them look good and make them look bad. It wasn't a very Christian thing to tell someone to go die, neither is it a very Christian thing to molest altar boys or a very Muslim thing to blow up the WTC.

Unfortunately, there are those out there. I just hope every one will remember not to judge every Christian by the few. Doesn't make me look bad at all, makes whoever said it look bad.

That was me, Black Atheist. And I stand by it. Freedom of speech is our most valued right as human beings, but you're just abusing it because you like pissing people off. If you want to express yourself, you've got to be able to do it in such a way that the people you're talking to DON'T want you to just drop dead and listen to what you're saying.

If any Christian user was offended by my words, I apologize sincerely. Purely accidental, I can assure you. I am merely human, and still susceptible to emotions. On a more positive note, I could have just said that he's going to burn in Hell. But what do I know? God may forgive him.

We are all sinners, and it is possible to have a bad hair day. Thank God mercy is always available.

"For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;" Romans 3:23

"For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord." Romans 6:23

"But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us." Romans 5:8

"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." John 3:16

"That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation." Romans 10:9-10
