Those people are just wrong.
Parents should be responsible for the children.
If they did not or do not want the kids, then they should be responsible enough to give them to the other family that will love them "children" greatest gift from God.
I consider being a parent the biggest blessing.

Everyone handles stress differently. While any of the things listed may be true, it shows the immaturity of the parent speaking. More often than not, these comments are said out of anger or frustration. A child should never have to hear anything even close to those comments, but then again, we don't live in a perfect society where problems are nonexistant.

My mom didn't like throw it in my face or anything. She used having me as an example to me not to mess up. She told me I was on birth control and she was single and already had one child and didn't know if she was going to be able to keep me. But she did. I think it taught me a valuable lesson.

I dont know why they have the guts to say that. In the first place, they are the one who made sex in "out of love" i guess, and they will blame it to the child.

because they r loosers... who made wrong choices and are blaming ther children for that...
they would be people who do not want to face the truth that they are loosers and nuthing else.

because sometimes us kids make them so mad that they say the first thing that comes to mind and that's why they say stuff like that and also to see if it will make you act better but they never mean it they love you deep down.

stupidity, frustration, meanness, knowledge of what a lousy job they have done raising the child, vengence. You name any kind of negative reason....that's it.
