I agree that we need more positive questions AND answers on this board. I especially like praying for the people who really have a legitimate need and lifting them up to God.

I am here because a newsletter I subscribe too asked for Christians to come here and help counter the bashing going on. I am still here because there is the occasional honest question from a true seeker who needs an honest answer. I have had some very positive communication with some via email from contact startred here... most have said they will not return to YA to seek answers to their God questions because of the hateful answers they received... I have been told that my responce was the only helpful one they received... that is kind of sad given my biblical knowledge is not yet where it should be... But Ido know The Truth of my Salvation and have gone to others to help when I did not know for sure how to respond... So... any of The True Christian Faith feeling they have a contribution to make here should stick around.... I figgure I only am able to read less than 1% of the R&S questons and can help may be two a day... lots of honest seekers have been missed....

From a Non Christian looking in..
I don't think the questions are the problem. Some, not all..Christians need to try to have a more open mind about the beliefs of others and not attack or answer in a negative way. Non Believers are just as guilty of doing this too so don't think I'm singling you out. Its great to give your opinion but don't press you beliefs on others..

Yes, I think positive energy would help make this a positive site. It seems I am just on the defensive most of the time defending questions from anti-Mormon people who seem like they have a chip on their shoulder. So let's stick to the basic Christian questions and see what happens.

Yes, I totally agree. The negative questions just put everyone on the defensive, and puts a divide between people of different faiths and perspectives.

Positive questions are the easy way out. There are so many non-believers that are seeking the truth out there.
Let them challenge our faith and beliefs, and we can use it as a ministry opportunity.
