Obviously people living several thousand years ago could not understand the concepts that people today regularly use in their everyday lives such as cell phones , computers and other technology that relies on scientific theories such as quantum mechanics. Most people today don’t even understand the theories that make such technology possible.
Evolution is no different; with the exception that it threatens peoples faith.
Today’s technology is based on the same theories that explain things like Black Holes and the Big Bang.
Your bible says man was made from clay and dusk and woman from man's rib. Science says we are all made of star dust.
Isn’t it time to either educate yourselves or keep quite about things you don’t understand?

Why do some have such difficulty with GOD?

Some people have trouble with some aspects of evolution because some of it's adherants boast way more than is scientifically provable and probable. Many scientists are uncomfortable with the whole big bang idea becasue it suggests there was a beginning. And logically anything that begins must have a cause. Where evidence exists to provide a basis for challenging the evolutionary theory it is supressed. i.e. intelligent design and the failure of the fossil record. The problem arises when athiests try to hijack science to promote undirected evolution and then portray creationists is the most unfavourable light using stereotypes and fear mongering techniques, such as creationists want to turn science class inot a bible study. I don't know of anybody that holds that position. If they truely exist they are about as eas to find as bigfoot. There is also the suggestion that a creationist would look at anything he doesn't understand throw up his hands and simply say it is like that becasue God made it that way. However an intelligent design theorist would say God may have done it but lets see how he may have done it. Some Atheistic scientists claim that they a person is still able to be a believer and believe in evolution but then present their theory in terms of being random unguided processes. Well unguided is code for God had nothing to do with it, which again they are not able to prove in a labratory but simply trying to use evolution to promote their own personal faith in Athiesm. It is said that men and ape's share 98 to 99% similar genes. This wuld mean that the dramatic difference between men and apes lie in the other 2% of our genes. But the body buildiing genes are in the other 98 to 99 %. The 2% of Genes that are different are trivial genes that have little to do with the anatomy. Quite often rather than defending criticisms against evolution many have been satisfied to throw up objections about bible interpretations and avoiding dealing with legitimate criticisms.

First of the a Theory of Evolution has never been proven wrong!!

“Theory of Evolution”-It is incredibly difficult to discredit evolution. The story of Adam and Eve has been dated through genealogy and bible study to be approximately 6,000 years old, a fact that is believed by the majority of Christians that this is when it all began the earth, animals, and mankind. These beliefs come form the viewpoint of the Ussher-Lightfoot Calendar which dates the creation of the earth at 4004B.C. a date which has been printed in the columns of the King James Version of the Bible in Genesis as the date of creation. This is incredibly dense considering it has been proven that the earth is millions of years old through fossil records and the fact that modern man, Homo Sapien Sapien, has inhabited the earth for 160,000-90,000 years. It has been argued that God’s creation of the earth was not over seven 24 hour periods but over many years. Which is a possibility, but how do you explain the fact that there is no record of dinosaurs in the bible and that no hominoid (human like) man was alive during the time of dinosaurs. The dinosaur is a creature of the earth that far outdates the human race. It is proven fact. There is no denying it. The proof is reconstructed in museums all over the earth dating back millions of years. So, in the beginning God created dinosaurs not humans, right? Back to the theory of evolution, the similarities between modern man and early hominoids are irrefutable. We share the same bone and joint structures, bipedalism, and dentition (teeth). The tooth pattern and placement are exactly the same. The Y-5 tooth pattern found on fossil molars is the same pattern humans have today. Making it highly unlikely that it is just coincidence and that “The Theory of Evolution” is true. Our genetic link to the great apes has already been illustrated by Ken R. Miller and associates. We share a common ancestor. Apes have 48 chromosomes and humans have 46 chromosomes. Within our genetic make-up is a fused pair of primate chromosomes which accounts for the difference. The genetic marker is on Human chromosome number 2, site base 114,455,823 to 114,455,838, (Ken Miller).

What continue to keep these beliefs alive( Heavan, Creationism) are the blind faith of many and their inability to see the simplicity of life. God, The Bible, and religion will continue on forever into the annals of time. Due to the simple fact that we as a people are not ready to accept the truth that life is exactly that- life. We live and we die, it’s that simple. It’s not what you do or don’t believe in or what religion you are. It’s what you’ve done with your time here and the peoples’ lives you’ve impacted. Live your own life dont let someone else live it for you.

Actually evolution has been proven wrong by the scientists. Have you read the book Forbidden Archeology or the Hidden History of the Human Race. Both these books show archaeological evidence that proves man was more advanced even millions of years ago. It is being hidden by the scientists because it proves so many other of their theories wrong. They are just monkeys and fools because all of the answers are all there and always have been. They are just puffed up with false pride and will not take any given answer. The Vedic knowledge tells everything in great detail and give ample evidence. Everything is there and proves itself you just have to be a little intelligent and inquisitive to understand it. Go to www.stephen-knapp.com and see so much information. There is a type of evolution. But not of the bodies, it is of the Soul. The soul evolves through 8,400,000 different species of life until it reaches the human form of life which he or she then has the opportunity to evolve to a higher spiritual consciousness. If one does not use their human form of life to understand who they truly are and their eternal relationship with God they can go back into animal life or lower depending on their consciousness. lets stop monkeying around and put two and two together you can see the monkeys still look like monkeys today. Why did they not evolve? Its just a ridiculous theory and like I said Proven Wrong.

Keep quite? Haha, I laugh. It always amuses me when people like you pretend they know things and make a big fool of themselves talking about how the people who really know what they're talking about need to 'educate' themselves. Listen up:

Evidence #1
There are no transitional links and intermediate forms in either the fossil record or the modern world. Therefore, there is no actual evidence that evolution has occurred either in the past or the present.

Evidence #2
Natural selection (the supposed evolution mechanism, along with mutations) is incapable of advancing an organism to a "higher-order".

Evidence #3
Although evolutionists state that life resulted from non-life, matter resulted from nothing, and humans resulted from animals, each of these is an impossibility of science and the natural world.

Evidence #4
The supposed hominids (creatures in-between ape and human that evolutionists believe used to exist) bones and skull record used by evolutionists often consists of `finds' which are thoroughly unrevealing and inconsistent. They are neither clear nor conclusive even though evolutionists present them as if they were.

Evidence #5
Nine of the twelve popularly supposed hominids are actually extinct apes/ monkeys and not part human at all.

Evidence #6
The final three supposed hominids put forth by evolutionists are actually modern human beings and not part monkey/ ape at all. Therefore, all twelve of the supposed hominids can be explained as being either fully monkey/ ape or fully modern human but not as something in between.

Evidence #7
Natural selection can be seen to have insurmountable social and practical inconsistencies.

Evidence #8
Natural selection has severe logical inconsistencies.

Evidence #9
The rock strata finds (layers of buried fossils) are better explained by a universal flood than by evolution.

Creation: An intelligent deity lovingly created everything according to his plan.

Evolution: Nothing exploded and here we are!

Lol.

Think about this: Water is the only exception to a certain rule that says when things freeze, the molecules get closer together. Now, when H2O freezes, what happens? The molecules get farther apart. This allows for ice to float. If it didn't float, all the water bodies would freeze totally solid, completely killing everything in the lakes, oceans, etc. Also, the Arctic Ocean would be in big trouble. Chance? Nope.

Also, the chances of the mose basic organism in the world coming to be by itself is 1 x 10 to the 25,000 power. Ha. Can you say 'impossible'?

What I dont understand is why religious and non-religious people alike seem to think evolution somehow proves there is no god or challenges it in some way.... scientific knowledge does not mean you can no longer believe in the supernatural.. That being said people should learn about evolution because the proof is all around and it in no way disproves the existence of god nor was in intended to do so. That does not mitigate the fact that evolution happens and is a valid scientific field of study that everyone should learn about.

i hit upon it greater common to have self belief in a loving God using Evolution, on the days that i think in God, than a loving God being the acceptable Terrorist that the Fundies make him out to be. "And it got here to pass," are the final 5 words interior the Bible. 'Cuz it might truly suck if some issues got here to stay. Humankind is the only creature that knows of our ability extinction. each thing else has its day and strikes on. it is not while or no count in case you die that concerns, it is which you had the possibility to stay. And guy is the only animal that would not continually take that threat. Extinction is in basic terms element of the cycle of existence--nonetheless no longer some thing to be undertaken gently. Nature andor Nature's God is acquainted with what place a creature performs in an ecosystem. we don't. We have been given a solid seem at that as quickly as wolves have been reintroduced to Yosemite valley and all kinds of species started flourishing back. And, it is boastful interior the severe to assume that Humankind is the pinnacle of introduction. God could have created us and placates us with faith, to grant a help mechanism for canines, cats and mosquitos--in basic terms as i think, some days, that God created Gays so as that somebody might help Broadway Musicals and purchase Barbara Streisand albums. quickly, do no longer go around assuming which you already know what God is as much as. If I die, and there's a God, I intend to sit down together with her over a bottle of solid whiskey and ask.

For one thing, evolution has NOT threatened my faith. On the contrary,it has strengthened it,because I have "educated" myself on this subject, and I have found more proof AGAINST evolution than for it.You and all other evolutionists have just completely closed your minds to any other possible alternatives to our existence, and that,to me,seems somewhat irresponsible and "uneducated." If you truly believe that we came from "star dust" as you put it, I certainly don't see it as a huge leap of faith to believe we came from the dust of the earth.
As I have said before, there are many scientists who are finding so many inconsistencies in the theory of evolution that they are seriously questioning the whole idea of it.It is only a matter of time before the whole scientific community starts questioning the validity of evolution. In the meantime, atheist evolutionists will fight tooth and nail to keep evolution alive whether they believe it or not, because the alternative is to admit that God exists, and God Himself only knows they certainly don't want to admit that.

On the other hand, why so some people have difficulty understanding that science does not challenge faith in God?
There is no contradiction between God and science...the conflict is actually between arrogant theologians who think they know it all, and big-headed scientists who are sure they do.
God has no problems with science. After all, He invented it!

Mainly because it is difficult to accept the largest beasts ever to trod on our globe, would have some difficulty rising out of the primordial soup. Is a pretty far stretch.

People also have issues with archaeology and plate tectonics - anything scientific that suggests that the literal interpretation of the Bible might not be true will come under fire.
