Humor is always the most effective flirting. You can have fun, and get to know someone at the same time. As for what a flirt is to a guy...that's a girl who can hold her own and is not drawn in by cheesy "lines" that a guy dishes out....yet still plays the game while looking for something better...

Its not so much WHAT you say.. its how you say it. Smiles are the most effective. Humor goes a long way in swaying the opposite sex as well.
