To pluck eyebrows, first apply an astringent such as witch hazel to anaesthetise the brow area. Brush your eyebrows into place, then pluck stray hairs underneath the eyebrow arch and anything else outside the natural brow line. Rub some soothing cream onto the area afterwards.

Good luck!

You can use clear mascara to sculpt them, or a little eyebrow brush and some eyeshadow to accentuate the bits you want accentuated.

If you must remove hair, waxing is not that bad. I'm far too wimpy to tweeze mine, but I can handle waxing. Just go to a good place so they don't over wax, and put on something with salycic acid afterwords to prevent break-outs.

I just read that unkempt eyebrows are in so you might want to just love the ones you've got.

The more you pluck them the less it hurts because you get used to the pain. I've been plucking for 7 years and I barely even feel it now. If you also take a hot shower right before it helps a lot more and feels better.

Try going to someone who knows how to pluck with string. It leaves the eyebrows really nice. If you pluck, make sure you don't pull straight out. Pull in the direction of the hair growth.
I totally recomend the string method. It's becoming very popular. Ask at your local beauty salon.
It costs about $8-10

You could try threading at the salon. It's supposed to be less painful than waxing though I've never tried that option. After the first time waxing it doesn't hurt nearly as bad and it's really not as painful as you're probably anticipating

I know how you feel but getting them waxed really is the simplest way to get your eyebrows done n out the way. It may be slightly painful or yuck as u say but i mean its defenitly quick and worth it in my opinion.

There are topical numbing agents you can use. some salons use them. That will help you get a better shape in your brows without so much pain. I would recommend waxing though, it is quicker. But go to a salon because doing it at home is pretty messy.
