From out of no where TV2 stopped showing programs. All that is visible is the Info bar. It shows what show should be on but the show never comes on, the screen stays black and no sound comes on either.
TV1 is working fine with no signal loss. When I run a Switch Check the input in Satellite 1 comes back as Sat 1-2 Conn-Conn / Trans 1-2 X-X / Device 1-2 Twin-Twin. Yet for Satellite Input 2 everything is ok. I called the Dish Network people and they said that they would send out a technician for $50.
Any Ideas as to what I can personally do before having to fork over money to a company that shouldn't charge to have their own things fixed.

It sounds like the Dish Network understands the problem and they need to send out a person because it is not a problem to be troubleshot. It may need a repair or part that the technician has in the truck....
