1. How many years after the death of Muhammad do we find actual manuscripts of the Qur’an? Why is this a problem?
This is not a problem. The Qur'an was revealed over 23 years to the Holy Prophet. As it was revealed, it was written down on whatever was available at the time (i.e. wood, stones, bones, leaves, parchment, paper, leather, etc). These pieces were preserved and later transfered to paper when it was available. Because the Qur'an was commited to memory by the Holy Prophet and those around him, the sequence of the verses were preserved. Also, as the verses were revealed, the Angel Gabrial would meticulously direct the Holy Prophet as to which verse this was and what chapter it belonged in.
2. Why should we at least be able to find fragments of the Qu’ran from a much earlier date? Why is this a problem?
This is not a problem. As i mentioned, the Qur'an was first and foremost comitted to memory by hundreds if not thousands of the early Muslims. It was formalized into a book by the early Kalifs out of fear that future generations would not have the Qur'an memorized, so a manuscript would be a guide and reference. Because the book is memorized by so many, it was and is kept in check by several thousand individuals. Today that number is in the millions.
3. What is the Talmud and why is not considered to be “inspired” by Jews or Christians?
The only book in reference to this that is mentioned in the Qur'an is called the Torah. The Torah was originally revealed to the Holy Prophet Moses. It was not inspired by Jews and Christians because it is a direct revelation from God Almighty.
4. What is the problem regarding the “Talmud” accounts in the Qur’an? Why does this invalidate the Qur’an?
This does not invalidate the Qur'an. On the contrary, it invalidated the Talmud. When God revealed the previous books (i.e. Torah, Psalms, Gospels), it was entrusted upon the priestly class to protect the books from tampering. This was a test given to them by God... a test they failed. God's final book is promised to be protected by God Himself from any such tampering. That is why one can compare any Qur'anic manuscript from today with one compiled in the time of the Khaliphs and they will be identical. Anytime anyone has tried to alter the Qur'an, that book has been destroyed. Therefore, the Qur'anic accounts of any narration supercedes any Talmud or Gospel narration. If something is not mentioned in the Qur'an then we do not comment on it as being right or wrong. If something from the Talmud agrees with the Qur'an, then it is correct.

The same applies to Jewish and Christian Bibles.
The oldest known copy of the Bible (complete Bible) in the world is the Codex Sinaiticus, dating from the 3rd or 4th century A.D. The Codex, while not only translating Hebrew and Greek manuscripts into all Greek, documents the dramatic shift of preserving texts in a bound book form rather than the tradition of writing on scrolls. There is speculation this book was written in Egypt (but it could be a copy of the Constantine Bible version).
The Leningrad Codex is the oldest complete manuscript of the Tanakh, the 39 books of the (Jewish) Bible. Written in Cairo on parchment in the year 1009 (the date appears on the manuscript), it is inextricably bound up with the Aleppo Codex, which is about a century older but undated
But the two 7th century BCE silver scrolls containing excerpts from the Bible have pride of place in the exhibition. The valuable scrolls, which are several hundred years older than the Dead Sea Scrolls, contain the oldest Torah texts in existence.
As you can see, religious books don't seem to go back much further than the year Jesus was born.
The Christian Bible goes back to 300 years after Jesus died.
There are all sorts of translations and fragments.
The dialects of Hebrew, Greek and Arabic these were all written in are not spoken or read today, thus they are widely open to interpretation.
The TALMUD is the Jewish laws.
These are still in use by Orthodox or Hassidic Jews.

your case is pathetic.you act like you know but you dont .you even seem like you've studied but you didn't.the Quran as a manuscript existed only on dried skins and bones, and not even the whole of it.the collection into book form was done by gathering virtually everyone who had memorized it or parts of it.this is a problem only for the non Muslim.not us.why should you find fragments? this is not the bible man! it was revealed to one man ...one.not inspired.revealed.again this is a problem for you not us.you already know what the Talmud is so why play foolish.?why the hell are you askin us why its not considered to be inspired? your case is pathetic.there are no Talmud accounts in the Quran.only statements that tell us they the Jews "have written the book with their own hands and then say this is from Allah".and woe to them for what they write.amin.and for the road.there is no thing or no one that to the Muslims can invalidate the Quran.this again is your problem not ours.and now that i think about it your question is a little stupid.why does this invalidate the Quran? who says? you?

thanks for asking this question!
the Quran was memorized by so many Muslims during the life time of Prophet Muhammed (pbuh) and after his death, it wasn't until the caliphite Uthman bin Affan a few years after Prophet Muhammed's death that they actually collected the Quran in a book. Muslims used to memorize the Quran by heart before.
the same Quran that was collected in that book at the time of the 3rd caliphite Uthman is the very same book ALL Muslims read almost 1500 years later!! there's only ONE Quran and it's in Arabic, later it has been translated to other languages.
the Talmoud has nothing to do with Muslims!! it's a jewish book, it's not inspired by God!! the Torah is!! God revealed the Torah onto prophet Moses (pbuh) and the Psalms onto prophet David (pbuh) but not the Talmud.
the Talmoud is not mentioned by name in the Quran at all.
nothing invalidates the Quran!!! the Quran invalidates many false claims in previous books who were added by people and not said by God!!!
peace.

1- Qura'n was always preserved by memorisation .. hundreds of followers were memorising Qura'n at the time of the prophet (sas) ..Qura'n was written once revealed by God .. and it was collected for the first time by the first Kalifh (Abu Bakr) who lived only 2 years after the death of the prophet (sas)
2- There is a copy of the uthmanic Mushaf in Turkey. and later Mushafs are present in mecca.
3- Talmud is the book of today's Jews.
4- The word Talmud is not mentioned in Qura'n but Torah .. according to Qura'n Torah was revealed to Muses by God .. then it became corrupted.

Al Qur'an literally means 'The Recital'. not 'manuscripts' nor 'books' in modern term. millions of muslims in the world are able to memorize the entire surah-s and ayat-s; many more to most parts or few parts of 'the recital'.
