A "Bible Church" is typically a Christian church that does not associate directly or at least in name with any denomination. For instance, "First Baptist Church" is obviously Baptist, where "Toledo Bible Church" can be a variety of denominations from Pentecostal to Lutheran, but you just don't know. Most are not associated with any denomination, but use the Bible as the basis of their teaching. It is almost like just using the generic term church.

Presumably a church that puts special emphasis on study of biblical teachings. Since Christianity in general is based on biblical teachings, it may be a distinction without a difference. I imagine that the errors and self-contradictions of the bible are probably ignored.

They are christian fundamentalists, usually. Believe in a literal translation of the bible (7 day creation, etc) and it had better be the King James Version.
