Lighing candles. Eating jelly donuts. Opening a present. Probably drinking some wine, Jewish people love to open some Manachevitz at any opporunity they can for a celebration!

And they do this for six whole days!

MAkes Christmas look pale!

chanukah... lasts for 8 days... light some candles on the menorah... put on some plays... spin dreidels... eat latkes...sing happy chanukah songs... give presents.

its not a particularly important holiday

EDIT

"Many Jews do believe in Jesus. That's probably because they have read more than the 5 books Moses wrote in the Old Testament of the Bible."

how odd... normally the christians who missionize jews like to target the ones who HAVEN'T read the full bible... since they know educated jews almost never fall for it but the ones who know little about their religion often do.

Most Jews these days i.e. the Westchester County N.Y. variety that have anglicized their last names from Goldberg to, "Austin" and "Parker" etc. are at best "Cultural Jews".

They are of the Reform Sect and don't know what they believe!

They adhere to the ravings of Far Left Wing ACLU Adoring Liberal Democrats as set forth by Rabbi Al Franken and "Jabba The Hut" Moore and just hand out those pathetic Square Tops "Dradles" on their quasi Christmas.

Do you mean Hanukkah?

There's a lot of Jews in your town but their all like weird.

There is a spell check in Yahoo! Answers. Try using it before you ask a question.

Many Jews do believe in Jesus. That's probably because they have read more than the 5 books Moses wrote in the Old Testament of the Bible. If nothing else, read John in the New Testament.

Take candles. Light one the first night, two the second, etc. Display in window facing street.

if they believe in jesus, they aren't jews.

anyway, Hannukah is one of the least important holidays,

this page should help give a general idea.

go to aish.com and do a search for "chanuka".
though I wish to remind you that if you are not jewish (i.e. if your mother isn't jewish) then you shouldn't partake of jewish holidays. (you may want to also do a search for "noahide".)
