children's theatre?

I want to study Children's Theatre in the US on the graduate level, (PhD or MFA), what are the best programs around?

I'd guess Yale.

I worked with a man named Bill Hayden who got his MFA from Yale. He was a director for Children's Theater and taught me so much about the craft. I still have a great respect for Children's Theater that I gained from him.
