I ride the bus to school and most of the time I would see this guy, he would always stare at me, a couple times on the bus and he would make it really obvious. He would turn his whole head towards me every time I get off. I gave him a closed mouth smile once and he gave me back this really cute open mouth smile. =].
Does he like me? or Does he have some staring problems?

He could have stared at other people around him, but he didn't. So he definately likes you. =P But if it was a kind of smirk or grin, then he has some issues.

He might have a small crush. Try starting small talk with him on the way to school. And flirt a little bit more with your eyes or smile. You never know.
