Well, I am a woman in my 40's, and I am ALSO 5'2. I can tell ya 200# sure the heck isn't, cause that's what I weigh now ;-(.
I was happy @ 125,I wore a size 10?. Ahhh, the memories...BC (before children!)Oh well, at least I'm not obsessing anymore about being in the "fashion loop". I'd ask your Dr, they have a slide scale & include your BMI (Body mass index).Be happy hon! We did our time, enjoy yourself as you are.
