I go to sleep everynight on my back, but when I wake in the morning, I'm on my side with my hand under my eye. When I wake up my face is red and I've created a deep crease in my forhead. The crease won't go away and the redness stays for about 4 hours. Worst of all I pull my eye open while I'm sleeping and now my vision is becoming imparied in that eye.
We have a very good quality bed that I find very comfortable. This started about 6 months ago.
How do I train my body not to sleep this way?
