and really i don't know how many years we will be apart, but we want to have a child and this is making us have to wait for that, my question is if we choose to have a baby in mexico will this only add a ton of crazy documents to the already large amount we have to deal with now, and also as i understand the way the INS likes to find ways to add as many years of waiting as they can to make people just give up, will having a baby out of this country really just add more years to our crazy wait? i am really disapointed with immigration so far , they tell us to do things and then take away years of our life span together for doing as they told us to do, and really i just don't want to trust them anymore because they enjoy hurting people, so i am asking anyone out their that could have a heart and tell me the truth about what to do about this, because i really don't want to be pushed to go around the immigration service but its my life im talking about, what would you do?

this is not about feeling sorry for my self, this is about doing the best for my wife,i worked for a american company down their for 3 years i got married to her and 6 months later the company was shut down by the bank of america,im american and that didnt help me at the consulate down their, they said go to the states and fill out the ins documents and wait 2 years maybe she can come, maybe not, well her family said they would not take her back in because she was my responsability now, i was running out of money and time the company was gone and left me their because they had me working illegal without A -FM3 and i didnt know because i trusted them, they only wanted to save the $2000 a year the document cost, every one we turned to said it was my problem, and i was not going to put my wife out on the street like a dog, when things get bad you do what you must, she came to the U.S without papers because a girl could not make it alone in mexico city,i took her back to fix this,

we sent money to her brother so he could build a small apartment for her one his land 500 miles outside of mexico city, immigration said we must go back to mexico to fix it,then they say it may be a 10 year bar from the usa because she left the USA ,i dont understand them, do what they say and things get bad, it was only a trap to get her back in mexico, i have had so much trouble about this it makes me sick, and the funny thing is i have the best marrage i could ever hope to have, but can't shake this immigration night mare i just turned 45 and i'm running out of life span to have a family and that was the only reason i'm asking for ideas from people other than the immigration service because i know they don't care, just asking for a little help in knowing what to do thats all,so dont tell me i lie because i don't, all of this really happened to me, can someone help a little without saying bad things iv'e really had enough of all of it, many thanks for any nice answers

STRANGE when i show facts about the immigration service wrong doings i get very little feed back, maybe no one wants to hear the truth about what the real problems are any more.

It doesn't matter where she has the baby, if you are the father, it is a US citizen no matter where it is born.

no, it wont add years, you will just have to apply for their documents of the baby, shouldnt take long. I find it odd that you have been waiting for more than a year to get your wife here. What kind of issues have the INS told you about?

Then why are you here?

Go back until you can both come here.

Or stop playing on people's sympathies and think of a real story because I don't really believe you.
