It is shampoo and conditioner all in one bottle (mixed together).

Is ok for the hair? My hairdresser that i go to says that conditioner should never touch your scalp. im not asking her because she is away and i want to know now because i want to change my shampoo.

Worse, they don't work well doing either job. They don't clean hair and scalp and they don't condition hair. You really gotta use separate products to clean and condition.
But, hey, have you tried the alternatives like lemon juice and egg and
oatmeal? Cold green tea is another one that gives shine.

ok the version between drug shop and genuine shampoo is the size of the shampoo and conditioner molecule length. you may think of of your hair as a street with pot holes and standard you may fill in the pot hollow. The drug shop manufacturers may be like filling the holes with basketballs or perhaps baseballs. With a real salon variety you would be filling the holes with marbles or golf balls. some people's hair you are able to desire to place something in there hair and it will come out finding large. and individuals want a particular shampoo and conditioner to make there hair look large. regardless of salon shampoo it could make your hair look flat or oily yet it quite is why you flow to a salon your stylest enable you comprehend what you like and if identity would not artwork they provides you with some thing else which could artwork.

It's probably ok for children, and perhaps men. Maybe even if you have short hair. My long hair needs seperate shampoo and conditioner.

If you have wavy or curly hair it is best to get separate things. I use only conditioner all over my hair and head and its very healthy. It's not dandruffy or oily either. Conditioner feels really good when you massage your scalp with it. (:
