Does anyone know an easy way to memorize or actually COMPREHEND all the immigration laws of the U.S.?

I can tell you, you don't acclomplish this over night. You have to read it over and over again. It works best when you have something to apply it to.

Even immigration attorneys have to look up the laws from time to time, because laws always change and it is impossible to memorize them all unless you have a photographic memory that is long term.

They are not difficult to comprehend, and they don't change unless Congress revamps them. The last time that was done was 1996. You just study them and pay attention. If you can read Dickens and learn the multiplication tables, you can understand the INA.

Probably no one has the whole INA memorized, but people who use it all the time know the most relevant sections and their numbers. I do; most US consular officers and good immigration attorneys do.

Immigration laws are intertwined in such a manner that illegals will not understand it so that the US government will have many reasons to deport an illegal entrant.
