all it means is that he is a co-worker having a good time. Don't read anything into it. And don't date people you work with. If you do it would make it uncomfortable at work for either or both of you, and then either one of you would have to leave your job. It's just not kool.

no that doesnt mean he likes you he could just be nice to you, what you need to do is wait if he ask you to go out or gives you signs that he likes you by actually telling you.
