You're probably lactose intolerant. Look it up on www.webmd.com.
If ya want to drink it, there is stuff you can take before hand, like Lactaid. This is not the same as being allergic to milk, so you might want to check it out.

I feel the same way with whole milk. Even 2% lowfat makes my stomach rumbly. Try switching to nonfat milk. It's very low in the taste department, but at least I can have it in my cereal and not feel like I've got the flu.

You have an allergy. Some ethnic groups especially cannot tolerate milk, such as Native Americans.

You could be lactose intolerant. That is the way it happened to me.
