Is he just teasing or flirting?

The guy I spent 6 hours withon Sunday kept telling me how French girls were special to him, witty etc..(I am French), then he asked me where he could meet them...Then when I asked him how many he had invited to his party he said, only one (which is me). Is he flirting with me or he is just a teaser?

Teasing can be a form of flirting so I think he may be flirting with you in a teasing way. Because he sounds like he likes u =-)
