Should i be concerned that my girlfriend and I say "i love you" to each other? i'm 16, she's 15. it seems kinda early for that. I have been going out with her for 6 months though...

i think younger people say it earlier than adults do (although 6 months is not so shabby) at 15/16 you know a little about love, mostly from tv and movies. there's nothing wrong with saying it, just realise, that it probably doesnt have the same depth of meaning as a long time older couple saying it

There are all different kinds of love so saying that could mean anything really. dating helps you figure out what kind of love you are feeling

Just say "I love you" to each other.. It builds a sense of security.

mm if youre not sure.. then maybe it is too soon. but you cant go back now!! but dont worry, maybe you'll love her soon anyway! or maybe you do love her, and you just dont have a lot to compare to yet?
