hello, why do women get nose and tongue rings? whats the significance? i find it hot! thanks for your answers..

The significance is different for everyone. I got my nose pierced about seven years ago on an impulse while on a vacation with some friends. I'm really glad I did it, though, and it always reminds me of that trip!

At that time it was the in thing to do. Until I went to the dentist and found out about having a tongue ring, I took my out. And I hate the nose rings. yuck!!!!!!!!!!!

Usually they get it because they like how it looks, however some get them for "other" reasons.... i have a tongue ring because i like the way it looks.... there is not "significance"... just a matter of style i suppose!!

uh prolly the same reason a guy would i love gettin stuck... i dont have many in right now but ive gotten peirced about 15 or 20 times and its an adrenaline rush. and most girls like the tongue ring if you know what i mean ;)

hmmm i dont know about other women but its a wierd high.. and not to mention the attention i guess.. i started with my ears .. and havent stopped .. havent gone beserk but its quite a bit..
