my parents room it has wood floor and also in mine but i wanna make that change can u help me plz wat should i add or wats wrong cuz i hate it if i drop something like for example the tvs remote control its a big bang and it echoes a lot help plz

The more fabric in the room the more noise will be absorbed. You can use area rugs or wall hangings. Quilt or canvas art. Pillows, quilts throws, scatter rugs.

Perhaps someone with more of a decorating background could be of more assistance. But you could start with your furnishings. Floor rugs for the hardwood and tile and what type of drapes or curtains you have will make a difference. Items on the walls will sometimes help absorb sound also. If it has tall or cathedral ceilings that will come into play too. Hopefully someone else will have more detailed info for you as to what furnishings will work best. Good luck.

It's cheapest to put down a rug. The echo is form the walls I bet. they probley are sheet rock or plaster which will carry sound. wood floors are the best you can have. throw rugs work well . if not you need carpet. but give me wood over anything.
