I dont know where you live, but you should call the local school district and ask for an Early Start assessment. Either they will do it, or they will know who is in charge of doing it. This is a free service for children under the age of three. Therapist usually go to the home, which is the child's natural enviornment. This program servces children who are either at risk for delays, or showing delays already. It can by speech, motor issues, or a cognitive delay.
