I had a baby 13 months ago and I breastfed for a year and i was 130 before baby and I clocked out at 217 at delivery (he was 9 # 11oz by the way and was 22 " long) and I have only been able to get down to 180 now. I look like someone let the air out of a tire or balloon or something, I watch what I eat, I have walked and exercised as much as a mom of three that works 40+ hrs a week can. I am so desperate I have even been looking into weight loss pills. I need help!! Any suggestions?? I need to lose this weight fast I am always tired and my self image sucks. I get asked daily if I am pregnant and I can't take it anymore. I will take any and all suggestions...PLEASE AND THANK YOU!!

The safest way to lose weight is reduce weight gradually, by combining a scientific diet with a suitable exercise like walking. The maximum weight that can be lost safely by a person is 1-2 kg a week. More information on a weight loss diet and exercises available at http://tinyurl.com/jax5h

Be real careful but just Breastfeeding alone can help with that. I lost all my weigh so fast it was amazing. The downside is when you stop breastfeeding or in my case are starting the weaning process the weight seems to sneak back on. Don't do anything hard core just eat right and take lots of walks, it's something you can do with your baby and it won't hurt anything. Another thing you can look into if you had your baby at least 2 months ago is baby yoga. It helps you get into shape ith other Mommys. It is low impact and you use your baby as a weight.

work out and eat healthy food instead of junk food and go to kraftfoods.com that helps alot i am on weight watchers and i lost 6 pounds so far and i only been on for a few weeks now but that costs money but if you do not have alot of money to spend go to kraftfoods they help too and it is free they go by your weight age and your body frame and they tell you how much calories you are allowed to have per day. They give you recipes according to your diet. They give you exersise tips too. it will take time so do not rush things too fast ok. For most people it takes a year to loose the baby fat.
GOOD LUCK.

go for daily walks with the child play outside be active inside of sitting down frowning about your weight. I was 116 before both pregnancies and went up to 140 and now I am 126, I park far away from the stores, I lug a double stroller out of the car and into the car, I'm very active when it comes to my children. get on the floor and get dirty
